Cookware:
Ingredients:
1/2 Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp of Thyme
1 Tbsp of Parsley (or 1/4 Cup of Fresh Parsley, chopped)
1 Large Egg
3 Cloves of Garlic (cone #1 or finely chopped)
3/4 Cup of Ketchup
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Cup of Breadcrumbs (i.e. Panko)
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (cone #1)
1 Small Zucchini (cone #1)
1 Red Bell Pepper (finely diced)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (finely diced)
1 lb. of Ground Turkey
Directions:
In a small bowl, prepare the sauce. Whisk 1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of ketchup and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and herbs.
Add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly onto the Petite Essential Pan (no preheating necessary). Brush the sauce over the mixture.
Cover and set to medium heat and wait for the Vapo-Valve to click.
Once the vapo-valve clicks, turn the temperature down to low for 30 minutes.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
