Creamy Chicken Caesar in the less than 30 minutes (Saladmaster EOC)

Cookware:
Food Processor (to shred parmesan)
Ingredients:
4-6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
1.5 Cups of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (using Cone #1 on Food Processor)
1 Tub of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
Ground Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup of Caesar Salad Dressing
Parsley (optional)
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken thighs with 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
Add a tablespoon of caesar salad dressing onto the EOC and spread evenly. Arrange the chicken thighs in one layer on the EOC.
Mix caesar salad dressing and sour cream together and pour over the chicken thighs.
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top and add the cherry tomatoes.
Cover and set the temperature on the probe to 350°F. Wait for the Vapo-Valve to click.
When the Vapo-Valve clicks, lower the temperature to 275°F for 18 minutes.
After the timer ends, allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
