30-Minute Elite Chicken & Rice

30 minute Chicken & Rice coming up! The perfect weeknight meal that everyone will love, all made in the Limited Edition Elite Sauté - available only in October 2021.


Cookware:

  • Limited Edition 6 Qt. Elite Sauté

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Chicken Tenderloins

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 Onion (Diced)

  • 4 Cups of Rice

  • 6 cups of Chicken Stock

  • 10 oz. of Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 tsp of Onion Powder

  • 12 oz. of Frozen Peas


Directions:

  1. Preheat Elite Sauté on medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes.

    • The cookware is ready when you sprinkle a few drops of water and the water bounces like a pearl.

  2. Add chicken tenderloins and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat (300°F-350°F/150°C-175°C or a 5-6 on a 10 point electric heating scale).

  3. After 5 minutes, remove the chicken and set aside.

  4. Add onions to Elite Sauté and cook for 3 minutes.

  5. After 3 minutes, add the following:

    • 4 cups of rice

    • 6 cups of chicken stock

    • 10 oz. of Cream of Mushroom Soup

    • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder

    • 1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

    • 1 tsp of Onion Powder

    • Salt & Pepper

  6. Set the temperature to medium heat. When the Vapo-Valve clicks, set to low and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Add 12 oz. of Frozen Peas and spread evenly over the rice. Add the chicken atop the peas and cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Serve your delicious Chicken & Rice!
