30-Minute Elite Chicken & Rice
30 minute Chicken & Rice coming up! The perfect weeknight meal that everyone will love, all made in the Limited Edition Elite Sauté - available only in October 2021.
Cookware:
Limited Edition 6 Qt. Elite Sauté
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken Tenderloins
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1/2 Onion (Diced)
4 Cups of Rice
6 cups of Chicken Stock
10 oz. of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp of Onion Powder
12 oz. of Frozen Peas
Directions:
Preheat Elite Sauté on medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
The cookware is ready when you sprinkle a few drops of water and the water bounces like a pearl.
Add chicken tenderloins and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat (300°F-350°F/150°C-175°C or a 5-6 on a 10 point electric heating scale).
After 5 minutes, remove the chicken and set aside.
Add onions to Elite Sauté and cook for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, add the following:
4 cups of rice
6 cups of chicken stock
10 oz. of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp of Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper
Set the temperature to medium heat. When the Vapo-Valve clicks, set to low and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add 12 oz. of Frozen Peas and spread evenly over the rice. Add the chicken atop the peas and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve your delicious Chicken & Rice!
