12 Qt. Special Edition Roaster
Beautiful, curved design featuring high sloping sidewalls and a larger diameter at the top of the pan, while still providing a large cooking surface. This wide shape makes it the ideal pan for braising.
The depth of this pan also allows for stovetop roasting of whole chickens, medium-sized whole turkeys, ham, racks of ribs, and even large vegetables like yams, cabbage, and corn on the cob.
